Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 18, 2024, and April 17, 2024, respectively, and a warrant of arrest dated July 23, 2024, which were deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of the orders and the warrant of arrest, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
