Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated February 20, 2025. Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, enforcement of the order is stayed, and the parties shall abide by the terms of the temporary order of protection of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated January 6, 2025, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
