Appeals by Tiffany N. Jackson from two orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, both dated January 16, 2025. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Gail Marie Berkowitz, dated April 4, 2025, it is

ORDERED that the respondent is granted waiver of costs, fees, and expenses on the appeals, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeals:

(2) the respondent is not interested in responding to the appeals, or that he has been unable to contact the respondent, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
