DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

2024-04480

In the Matter of Kristen Politis, appellant,

v Mark A. Rico, respondent.

(Docket No. V-9901-2019/2024)

Appeals from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated January 10, 2024, and a decision of the same court dated April 25, 2024. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 6, 2025, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals was extended until February 5, 2025. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeals.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs of disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]) and prior order of the Court.

DILLON, J.P., CHAMBERS, VENTURA and MCCORMACK, JJ., concur.
