DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered October 2, 2017. Motion by the appellant pro se to be furnished with additional documents to aid in the preparation of the pro se supplemental brief. Separate motion by the appellant pro se to enlarge the judgment roll and to extend the time to serve and file a supplemental brief . Separate motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, for a reconstruction hearing. Separate motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, to challenge the accuracy of the transcripts and record. Separate motion by the appellant pro se to relieve counsel assigned to prosecute the appeal and for leave to prosecute the appeal pro se.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to serve and file a supplemental brief is granted, and the appellant's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before June 24, 2025; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant shall file an original copy of the supplemental brief, by mail, and serve one copy on the District Attorney; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motions are otherwise denied.
