DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated September 30, 2024. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal. Separate motion by the appellant for waiver of costs, fees, and expenses and for the assignment of counsel. Separate motion by the appellant to grant her motion, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the order on default.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from a nondispositional order in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 6, part 3 (see Family Ct Act § 1112), and we decline to grant leave to appeal; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motions by the appellant are denied as academic.
