DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

2024-05983

Kamelia Poppe, respondent,

v William Poppe, appellant.

(Index No. 200265/2019)

Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated September 5, 2019, and November 22, 2019, respectively, and a judgment of the same court dated October 23, 2023. By order to show cause dated March 19, 2025, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal from the order dated November 22, 2019, on the ground that the right of direct appeal from the order dated November 22, 2019, terminated upon entry in the above-entitled action of the judgment.

Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal from the order dated November 22, 2019, is held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeals for determination upon the argument or submission thereof.

IANNACCI, J.P., WOOTEN, WARHIT and GOLIA, JJ., concur.
