| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated July 18, 2022.
By order to show cause dated April 29, 2024, the parties to the appeal were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal on the ground that the order was superseded by an order of the same court dated February 21, 2023, which, inter alia, granted the respondents' motion for reargument.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that motion to dismiss the appeal is denied.
IANNACCI, J.P., WOOTEN, WARHIT and GOLIA, JJ., concur.
