Appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 13, 2023, and December 10, 2024 (two orders), respectively. Motion by the appellant to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, including the sale of the subject property and, in effect, to deem the notice of appeal from the order dated July 13, 2023, to reflect that the defendant William L. Vetri is the appealing party, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to deem the notice of appeal from the order dated July 13, 2023, to reflect that the defendant William L. Vetri is the appealing party, and to amend the caption accordingly, is granted, the notice of appeal is deemed to reflect that the defendant William L. Vetri is the appealing party (see CPLR 2001; Matter of Tagliaferri, 1 NY3d 605), and the caption is amended accordingly.
