DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated May 2, 2023, findings of fact and conclusions of law of the same court dated June 1, 2023, and a judgment of the same Court dated June 1, 2023, which were determined by decision and order of this Court dated April 16, 2025. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the judgment, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
