Appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated January 6, 2025, and an order of the same court dated January 6, 2025. Motion by the appellant to waive the filing fee for the appeals and, in effect, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g) to waive certification of the record. Separate motion by the appellant, in effect, to stay enforcement of the judgment, including the sale of the subject property, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
