DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated September 17, 2024. Motion by the attorney for the child to enlarge the record to include the transcripts of certain proceedings in a proceeding entitled Matter of Pennicott v Zacharie, pending before the Family Court, Kings County, under Docket No. V-11949-2022, and in a proceeding pending before the Family Court, Kings County, under Docket No. V-15738-2023.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before June 6, 2025, the attorney for the child shall upload, through the digital portal on this Court's website, digital copies of the transcripts of the proceedings in the proceeding entitled Matter of Pennicott v Zacharie, pending before the Family Court, Kings County, under Docket No. V-11949-2022, which occurred on July 14, 2023, and July 21, 2023, and in the proceeding pending before the Family Court, Kings County, under Docket No. V-15738-2023, which occurred on August 4, 2023, August 9, 2023, and August 14, 2023, if any, as exhibits; and it is further,

ORDERED that the attorney for the child is directed to serve a copy of this order upon the Clerk of the Family Court, Kings County.
