U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., etc., respondent,
v Nancyann Cook, etc., appellant,
et al., defendants.
(Index No. 623179/2018)
Appeals from five orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated October 24, 2022 (two orders), September 12, 2023, and January 30, 2024 (two orders), respectively, and from an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court dated September 12, 2023. By order to show cause dated September 30, 2024, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals from the orders dated October 24, 2022, on the ground that the right of direct appeal from those orders terminated upon entry in the above-entitled action of the order and judgment.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeals from the orders dated October 24, 2022, are dismissed (see Matter of Aho, 39 NY2d 241), without costs or disbursements.
IANNACCI, J.P., CHRISTOPHER, WAN and MCCORMACK, JJ., concur.
