DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated April 30, 2024. Motion by the appellants Nina Fischman and Mommy Sauce Irrevocable Trust to extend the time to perfect their appeal. Motion by the appellant Aaron Fischman to extend the time to perfect his appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal by the appellant Aaron Fischman is dismissed on the ground that the appellant Aaron Fischman is not aggrieved by the order (see CPLR 5511); and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion by the appellant Aaron Fischman is denied as academic; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion by the appellants Nina Fischman and Mommy Sauce Irrevocable Trust is granted, and on or before June 9, 2025, the appellants Nina Fischman and Mommy Sauce Irrevocable Trust shall serve and file the record or appendix and their brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the record or appendix and their brief and upload digital copies of the record or appendix and their brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website.
