Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered August 14, 2024. Motion by the appellant for leave to renew his prior application pursuant to CPL 460.50 for a stay of execution of said judgment and to be released on his own recognizance or, in the alternative, to fix reasonable bail, which was denied by me in a decision and order on motion dated December 27, 2024.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
