Motion by appellant to vacate an order of this court dated November 12, 2024, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the City Court of Yonkers, Westchester County, dated January 12, 2024, and for a stay of eviction pending appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition there, it is
ORDERED that motion is denied with leave to renew upon a showing of reasonable excuse for tenant's failure to timely perfect, within 30 days of the date of this order.
