Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated January 17, 2024. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to modify an order of the same court, dated August 30, 2023. Cross-motion by the respondent to impose sanctions upon the appellant and for an award of attorney's fees.
