Appeals from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated February 25, 2025. Motion by the nonparty-appellant to stay enforcement of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeals. Motion by the respondent for waiver of costs, fees, and expenses, and for the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion by the nonparty-appellant and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion by the respondent and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion by the nonparty-appellant is granted and enforcement of the order is stayed, and the child is to remain in the primary care of the appellant Ashley N., pending hearing and determination of the appeals; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion by the respondent is denied, with leave to renew within 30 days of the date of this decision and order on motion, upon proper papers, including the respondent's affidavit setting forth the respondent's full financial situation including all assets, both real and personal, as well as any and all sources of income.
