Appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated January 31, 2023, and from an order of the same court dated January 27, 2023, which were deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c) to vacate the dismissal of the appeals, to extend the time to perfect the appeals, and for waiver of costs, fees, and expenses.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c) to vacate the dismissal of the appeals is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
