Appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated February 27, 2023 (two orders), and April 24, 2024, respectively. Motion by the attorney for the child to dismiss the appeals on the ground that they have been rendered academic.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeals are dismissed without costs and disbursements.
