| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered May 9, 2019. The appellant notified the Court that he intended to file a supplemental brief in connection with the brief filed by assigned counsel in accordance with Anders v California (386 US 738) (see 22 NYCRR 1250.11[f]), and the appellant was given a deadline to file the brief. By decision and order of this Court dated August 23, 2024, the appellant's time to serve and file the supplemental brief was extended to October 22, 2024.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that leave to serve and file a supplemental brief in connection with the brief filed by assigned counsel in accordance with Anders v California (386 US 738) is denied.
The appellant has failed to file a pro se supplemental brief although afforded sufficient opportunity to do so.
