DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION Motion for Waiver of Costs, Fees, and Expenses and to Assign Counsel

Appeal by the People from a order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated April 16, 2024. Motion by the respondent pro se for waiver of costs, fees, and expenses and for the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
