Appeal from an amended order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated February 25, 2025. Motion by the nonparty-appellant, inter alia, in effect, to stay enforcement of the order, and to enjoin the Law Office of Perry Ian Tischler, P.C., from releasing certain funds to the respondent, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
