Appellant having moved to consolidate the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court, Erie County, dated March 10, 2025 (CA 25-00457), with the consolidated appeals taken herein from orders of the Supreme Court, Erie County, entered February 29, 2024, June 14, 2024, July 25, 2024, August 1, 2024, August 9, 2024 and August 19, 2024, and for an extension of time to perfect the appeals,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks consolidation is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it requests an extension of time to perfect the appeals is granted to the extent that all appeals must be perfected by April 21, 2025, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the appeal under docket No. CA 25-00457 is dismissed as premature (22 NYCRR 1250.10 [a]).
