Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to consolidate the appeals is denied, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to adjourn oral argument of the appeal under Appellate Division Docket No. CA 24-00607 is granted, and the appeal is removed from this Court's day calendar for May 12, 2025, and is added to the calendar for the term of Court commencing October 20, 2025.
