Respondent-appellant Evette Buntley and the Attorney for the Child having moved for an extension of the stay granted by order of the Hon. Stephen K. Lindley dated February 10, 2025, and for an extension of time to perfect, on the appeals taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered January 17, 2025,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motions insofar as they seek an extension of the stay are granted on the condition that the appeals are perfected on or before July 7, 2025, and
It is further ORDERED that if so perfected the appeals shall be added to the calendar for the term of this Court commencing September 8, 2025, and
It is further ORDERED that the motions insofar as they seek an extension of time to perfect are denied as unnecessary (see 22 NYCRR 1250.10 [c]).
