Appeals having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered September 26, 2023, and respondent-appellant India S. McFarland having moved to vacate the dismissal of her appeal and for permission to proceed as a poor person and assignment of counsel,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion to vacate the dismissal of the appeal is granted on the condition that the appeal is perfected on or before June 9, 2025, and
It is further ORDERED that the appeal by respondent-appellant Markeef Royal is removed from the Court's day calendar for May 14, 2025, and the appeals shall be added to the calendar for the term of this Court commencing September 8, 2025, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion for permission to proceed as a poor person and assignment of counsel is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that Caitlin Connelly, Esq., 170 Manhattan Avenue, PO Box 292, Buffalo, New York 14215, is hereby assigned as counsel to conduct the appeal and shall file a supplemental record on appeal consisting of the notice of appeal filed on behalf of India S. McFarland, with proof of service.
