Appellant having moved for an order pursuant to CPL 460.50 (4) to extend the Court's order, entered May 7, 2024, staying the execution of the judgment of the Erie County Court, rendered April 12, 2024, pending the hearing and determination of the appeal taken herein, and for other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it requests an extension of the stay pursuant to CPL 460.50 (4) is denied, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise dismissed.
