Appellant having moved to vacate the dismissal of the appeals taken herein from orders of the Supreme Court, Lewis County, entered September 20, 2024 and December 19, 2024,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent it seeks to vacate the dismissal of the appeal under docket No. CA 24-1609, on the condition that the appeal is perfected on or before July 7, 2025, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to vacate the dismissal of the appeal under docket No. CA 25-00140 is hereby dismissed as premature (see 22 NYCRR 1250.10 [a]).
