Respondent-appellant having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel on the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Erie County, entered November 1, 2023 (CAF 25-00168), January 2, 2025 (CAF 25-00169), and January 5, 2025 (CAF 25-00170, CAF 25-00171),
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the appeal from the order entered November 1, 2023, is dismissed (see Matter of Mea V. (Brandon V.), 210 AD3d 1408, 1408 [4th Dept 2022]), and the motion is dismissed with respect to that appeal, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is denied with respect to the remaining appeals.
