Appellant having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person on the appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Monroe County Court, rendered March 20, 2024,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and appellant is permitted to proceed as a poor person on the appeal taken herein, and
It is further ORDERED that the Monroe County Clerk provide Donald M. Thompson, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic, digitally recorded, or audio taped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based, and
It is further ORDERED that the appeal be perfected by electronic filing pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1245 and 22 NYCRR 1000.17(b), and that appellant submit one hard copy each of the appendix and transcripts and an original and five hard copies of appellant's brief in accordance with 22 NYCRR 1000.17(b)(4).
