Respondent-appellant having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered March 13, 2025,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the notice of appeal dated March 19, 2025, shall be treated as valid as to the order of Family Court entered March 13, 2025, under Family Court docket number O-05149-24, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that Julie Cianca, Esq., Monroe County Public Defender, 10 North Fitzhugh Street, Rochester, New York 14614, is hereby assigned as counsel to conduct the appeal, and
It is further ORDERED that the Monroe County Family Court Clerk provide Julie Cianca, Esq., with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic, digitally recorded, or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based, and
It is further ORDERED that the record and briefs are to be filed and served within 60 days of the filing of the transcripts with the Monroe County Family Court Clerk.
