Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 14, 2024, which was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by the respondents to dismiss the appeal on the ground that the right of direct appeal from the order dated February 14, 2024, terminated upon entry in the above-entitled action of a judgment of the same court, entered April 24, 2024.
