Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated September 29, 2021, and April 17, 2023, respectively, which were withdrawn by decision and order on application of this Court dated May 16, 2025. By order to show cause dated March 21, 2025, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals in the above-entitled action for failure to comply with decisions and orders on motion of this Court dated July 3, 2024, and January 10, 2025.
Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic.
