Motion by appellant for an extension of time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of the District Court of Nassau County, Fourth District, entered June 4, 2024.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal shall be perfected within 14 days of the date of this order; and it is further,

ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected within 14 days of the date of this order, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the appeal, or respondent may move, on three days notice, to dismiss the appeal, and respondent may serve such motion upon respondent in person.

No further extensions will be granted.
