Now, upon reading and filing the statement of the Monroe County Conflict Defender dated May 20, 2025, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that Vera Venkova, Esq., 300 International Drive, Suite 100, Williamsville, New York 14221, is hereby substituted as counsel for respondent in the above-entitled appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered September 17, 2024, in place and stead of the Monroe County Conflict Defender, and may submit an original, five hard copies, and one electronic copy of the respondent's brief, together with proof of service of one hard copy of the brief upon any party exempt from e-filing pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1000.17 (c) (6) (A), and

It is further ORDERED that respondent-respondent submit her briefs to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before June 23, 2025, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
