ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 10, 2024, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated October 26, 2022, is amended by deleting from the first Ordered paragraph thereof the words "Judiciary Law § 35" and substituting therefor the words "Family Court Act § 1120."
