Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated May 20, 2024.
Motion by the respondent for waiver of costs, fees, and expenses, for the assignment of counsel, and to extend the time to serve and file a brief.

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
