Appeal and cross-appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated October 5, 2023. The cross-appeal by Brooklyn Pier 1 Residential Owner, L.P., Brooklyn Pier 1 Hotel Owner L.P, and Hudson Meridian Construction Group, LLC, was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by the respondent Wojciech Gancarz to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
