Motions by defendants-appellants for leave to appeal to the Appellate Division from decisions and orders of this court dated January 16, 2025, which denied motions to, inter alia, vacate orders of this court dated September 18, 2023 which dismissed the appeals from orders of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, dated October 6, 2022 and February 22, 2021, respectively.
