Motion by appellant on appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, rendered November 3, 2022, for an extension of time to perfect the appeal, or in the alternative, to hold the appeal in abeyance pending the determination of a motion to vacate the conviction before the District Court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeal is held in abeyance for 90 days for the determination of appellant's motion to vacate the conviction pending in the District Court of Nassau County, First District.
