Appeals and cross-appeal from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, dated March 28, 2024. Motion by the appellant-respondent Vincente Giordano to extend the time to perfect his appeal. Motion by the appellants-respondents Domenica Giordano and Ann Giordano to extend the time to perfect their appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
