| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated March 31, 2025. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, for leave to appeal to this Court from the order, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the same court also dated March 31, 2025, and to stay enforcement of the orders, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are for leave to appeal to this Court from the orders are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeal purportedly taken as of right is dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
