On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 28, 2025, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor:
Appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated November 15, 2024, and January 3, 2025 (two orders), respectively. Motion by the appellant to consolidate the appeal from the order dated November 15, 2024, with the appeals from the two orders dated January 3, 2025.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal from the order dated November 15, 2024, and the appeals from the two orders dated January 3, 2025, will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
