Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 19, 2024. Motion by the respondent Pergament Realty Management LLC to dismiss the appeal on the ground that the appeal was untimely taken. Motion by the respondent L. & J. Plumbing and Heating Co., Inc., to dismiss the appeal on the ground that the appeal was untimely taken.
