DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated April 26, 2023. Motion by the respondent pro se for waiver of costs, fees, and expenses, for the assignment of counsel, and to extend the time to serve and file a brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and pursuant to Family Court Act 1120, the following named attorney is assigned as counsel for the respondent to respond to the appeal:
