Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered January 23, 2019. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, pro se to extend the time to serve and file a supplemental brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to serve and file a supplemental brief is granted, and the appellant's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before July 7, 2025; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall file an original copy of the supplemental brief, by mail, and serve one copy on the District Attorney, and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
