Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 1, 2021. Motion by the respondents to dismiss the appeal on the ground that the appendix contains matter dehors the record and the appendix is inadequate or, in the alternative, to strike stated portions of the appendix and brief and to extend the time to serve and file a brief. Motion by the appellants, in effect, for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal.

ORDERED that the motion by the respondents is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion by the appellants is denied.
