Steinberg, Jaime v Parkash 2454 LLC, et. al.
It is Ordered that the motion and cross motion are consolidated for disposition.
It is further Ordered that the motion of the petitioner-respondent seeking to dismiss the landlords-appellants' appeal is granted unless the appellants perfect their appeal, including, inter alia, settling the transcripts and record on appeal as required by the Civil Court Act § 1704(b), on or before the October 2025 term the filing deadline for which is August 12, 2025. Respondent's briefs are to be filed on or before September 4, 2025; reply briefs, if any, are due on September 12, 2025. No further extensions of time will be given for appellants to perfect their appeal.
In the event the landlord appellant fails to comply with the foregoing condition, the petitioner-respondent may move, on five days notice, for an order dismissing the appeal.
