Estrada, Geraldine v Tower 31 LLC, et. al.
It is Ordered that the motion of the petitioner-appellant seeking a stay of all proceedings, including, inter alia, proceedings to enforce the judgment, pending the determination of the instant appeal is granted. The petitioner-appellant shall perfect her appeal on or before the November 2025 term the filing deadline for which is September 10, 2025. Respondent's briefs are to be filed on or before October 3, 2025; reply briefs, if any, are due on October 10, 2025.
In the event the petitioner-appellant fails to comply with the foregoing condition, respondents may move, on five days notice, for an order vacating the stay.
